Shipping/Return Policy

 

GotMyCharger uses FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority as the primary shipping methods. Most international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders going outside the USA might have some additional shipping cost since the web site will not caculate the correct shipping on order going out of the country. Items being drop shipped by a manufacturer may arrive by UPS, FedEx another reliable shipping source as well as those listed before. Freight items are shipped by FedEx, UPS or a reliable trucking freight company.

Please make sure to inspect all items you receive to make sure they are not damaged or incorrect. Do not install any parts you believe to be damaged or incorrect. GotMyCharger will not be held liable for any damages that may occur due to installation of damaged or incorrect parts.

 

Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact GotMyCharger immediately. Depending on the item, most times we will reship the correct item with one of the above mentioned methods using pre-paid shipping label. Once the new item is received, place the item in the same box you received it in and place the label on the box. The box may be dropped off at any local FedEx/Kinkos, UPS or USPS location and will be automatically returned to us. No further action is needed. If you ordered an item incorrectly, it is your sole responsibility to get the item back to us for exchange.

 

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact the appropriate freight carrier to file a damage claim. Most claims must be submitted within a 24-hour period. If you do not report the damage to the freight carrier within the 24-hour period, then all damaged items will not be accepted for return and become the sole responsibility of the receiver. GotMyCharger and the respective freight carrier are not responsible for any damaged products that are not processed for a damage claim within the 24-hour period. In some cases, a partial credit may be applied if you wish to keep a damaged item. Also, a partial credit may be applied if a damaged item can be repaired locally. Lost Items
If an order has shipped and you have not received it, please contact GotMyCharger immediately. We will further discuss the situation. If you received a tracking number for your shipment and the shipment was lost in transit or stolen from your property, please contact the appropriate freight carrier to file a lost/stolen claim. Most claims must be submitted within a 24-hour period. If you do not report the loss to the freight carrier within the 24-hour period, then all lost/stolen items will not be replaced. Modern Performance and the respective freight carrier are not responsible for any lost/stolen products that are not processed for a lost/stolen claim within the 24-hour period.

 

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with an item, please return the item back to GotMyCharger. Our address is 300 S Highland Springs Ave. 6C, 186 Banning, Ca. 92220 You are responsible entirely for shipping the item back to us. You may return merchandise to GotMyCharger by FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service or any other reliable shipping company you wish to use. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. Any used or damaged items will not be accepted for return. GotMyCharger will not accept Any returns on Electrical part or parts, including bulbs, switchs or LED's. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets this criterion. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be waived if the items being returned are exchanged for other merchandise, regardless of value.

 

Warranty Issues
All products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the manufacturer of the product for all warranty issues or claims.
